Training

Our training/Club days are Tuesdays at 7pm and Sundays at 09.30am.

Tuesdays are generally our busiest days and there will be a number of group options available most times for all abilities.

Winter/Autumn - Tuesdays

During the dark winter months, road runs are available if you are not confident about running off-road.

Head/body torches are required as well as hi-vis for the roads.

Some run leaders will also offer interval sessions particularly those training for road marathons. 

A decent pair of trail shoes for off-road is of course advised.

Spring/Summer - Tuesdays

As the evenings are in daylight, most group runs will be off-road on the trails and through the local woods enjoying all the great countryside on offer in the local area.

Most Tuesday runs are around an hour/10k

All year - Sundays

This tends to be a single group run off-road and between 1-1.5 hours -10/15k in duration.

Some run leaders may offer longer runs if there is training required for races etc.
